How to set your list price and sell for the highest price
Now, you have access to Market and Sold Data, an easy-to-use negotiation tool and auto-populated contracts. So, you can feel comfortable and confident that you can complete the home buying and selling process - yourself!
You’re in the driver’s seat! You have direct contact with buyers - everything from scheduling viewings to negotiating is faster and more transparent, and on your schedule. But don't worry, Bōde has a fantastic customer support team - so if you have any questions along the way, we are here for you!
Booking a showing and making an offer is simple and straightforward with Bōde. Agents and buyers can book a showing directly with the self-represented seller on any Bōde listing. When a Bōde buyer submits an offer on an agent represented listing, this is the initiation of the negotiation process akin to a verbal discussion. Upon agreement of terms, they are populated in the standard AREA contract for signature.
We have answers to the most common questions in our Resource Centre, or feel free to ask specific questions either through our chat (bottom right corner, throughout the site), or ask for someone to contact you through our Contact Us page.
