Bōde sellers pay only 1% up to a ceiling of $10K and only when your home has sold. There are no hidden fees or add-ons; the 1% is all inclusive of everything you’ll need to be successful. To buy with Bōde, there is no fee.

Properly charges a standard fee of 5% in Ontario, and 7% on the first 100K, 3% on the remainder in Vancouver. Sellers are not able to choose or alter their buy-side commission rates. Properly buyers pay more than Bōde buyers when the commission paid out by the home seller is taken into consideration.
