Bōde sellers pay only 1% up to a ceiling of $10K and only when your home has sold. There are no hidden fees or add-ons; the 1% is all inclusive of everything you’ll need to be successful. To buy with Bōde, there is no fee.
Properly charges a standard fee of 5% in Ontario, and 7% on the first 100K, 3% on the remainder in Vancouver. Sellers are not able to choose or alter their buy-side commission rates. Properly buyers pay more than Bōde buyers when the commission paid out by the home seller is taken into consideration.
Bōde sellers save an average of almost 50% in commissions and also sell for 1.3% more on average compared to the rest of the market. Saving on commissions plus getting a higher value for their home increases the amount of equity retained.
