Bōde only charges a 1% fee to a ceiling of $10K if and when you have successfully sold your home. There are no upfront or hidden fees and no nickel and diming along the way…so no risk!
1. Get Verified
You will need to verify your ID with us ahead of listing your property (typically takes 30 seconds). All you need is your Driver’s License or Passport to complete this process. We ID verify to protect our sellers and to ensure they have the legal authority to sell the property. Also, please ensure your name in your Bōde account matches your legal name on your ID.
Check out our Market Data, Sold Data, and Comparables. Market Data is a great way to find out what is happening in the real estate market in your own community. Sold Data gives you access to the transaction history of a home for 10 years. Comparables gives you a view of what homes have sold and what homes are listed that are similar to yours. These tools provide you with the information you need to set the price of your home – yourself.
3. Schedule your free photos and measurements
Bōde is currently covering beautiful professional photos and industry regulated measurements for our listers. You can simply request an appointment here. After you have submitted the request our prō will contact you to schedule a time that works best for you.
